Last night indie folk band, Bon Iver, announced upcoming 2016 tour dates. Justin Vernon previously stated that the band will no longer be recording new material nor going on tour, aside from the annual Bon Iver performance at the newly curated Eaux Claires Music Festival.
Justin Vernon has now announced a new tour stating "We're headed to Asia to play some shows early next year! We're going because we've never been. Join us!" We'll keep our eyes peeled for any further possible dates for Bon Iver, for now check out here where they'll be in 2016.

What is floating around the music world today is the extravagant news of an entire compilation album dedicated to the Grateful Dead brought to us by The National. The upcoming compilation album has been recorded by a number of current renowned artists and will be released in early 2016!
There are over seventy contributions to the album which The National is currently editing. There will be major musical acts all over the anticipated release such as Bon Iver, The War On Drugs, The Walkmen, Kurt Vile, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Grizzly Bear, Phosphorescent and so many more. New York based hip hop group, A Tribe Called Quest, has officially reunited! On last night's episode of The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, the group performed their hit "Can I Kick It" off the reissued album from 1990 'People's Instinctive Travels and Paths of Rhythm'. Listen to the track below.
